Hello people! Welcome back, I am back with another update on our project (power to the people). This week (week 9) we finally presented our final project piece. Yesterday I went to go and help set up the hall for presenting our work and other classes work.  Here is what it looked like in the hall.

This week (week 7) we were just finishing off our paragraphs, finalizing them and sending them to our teachers to edit if there were things we needed to change. Then we started to plan out how we were going to decorate our board and what the layout is going to look like. Here is some proof of the paragraphs.

 Hello people I am back with another update on what we have done this week. My main goal this week was to finish my drawing or almost finish it so that I can move on to my research on geo-thermal. But unfortunately, I did not do all that I wanted to do but I did do some progress. so, for next week I am going to try and finish with all of the drawings and then to continue on with my research. Here is some of the drawing I have done this week.

Hello people my name is Ashley, and this is my first blog! All of the year 10's in Ōtaki College were assigned to do a project called the Power to the People. For this project it requires us to do research on sustainable power or electricity, this is a group project. We had the option to pick our own group and as a group we have to have one main question to answer and do research on. My group decided that our main question is going to be ' what different energy sources would be beneficial to Ōtaki?' This week was the first week where we get to start on our research. But mainly this week we were trying to figure out on which job should we each do. My job is to research geo-thermal energy and to draw pictures for our science board. So that is mainly what I have been doing this week is drawing pictures. Next week I am going to go and research geo-thermal energy. This is one of the drawings i have done this week, i did it on my iPad.
